Properties of Rotation Transform Matrices

Since this must be true

$$v^b=R_a^b{R}_b^a{v}^b$$

Then this must also be true since all Rotation Matrix are orthogonal

$$(R_b^a{)}^{-1}=(R_b^a{)}^T$$

And the determinant must be equal to $1$.
